Grand theft auto vice city is an action/adventure game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games.

After the amazing success of Grand Theft Auto III we could only expect a sequel, and here it is. If the game can seem, at first sight, as just an expansion to the third episode, Vice city is a completely different game.

First of all, the game takes place in Vice City, a fictional city inspired by Miami, and in the ambience of the 80s. You play as a Mafia member, Tommy Vercetti recently out of prison. Originally from Liberty City, you are sent to Vice City to orchestrate a drug deal. However, the deal is ambushed by some unknown men and results in the death of Tommy's bodyguard and the drug dealer. Tommy has no choice but to start from the bottom all over again and work for different organizations to regain some respect and find out what happened during the deal.
